Shipping & Returns
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise delivery. If said time periods have passed since date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you store credit. Final sale items are non refundable.To complete your return, your receipt is required.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN:
1. Please email us at RETURNS.IVORIEKAI@GMAIL.COM to request a return. Include your first and last name and order number. Please specify which item(s) you'd like to return.
2. Upon approval you may either request a return label from us ( total shipping fee will be deducted from your return amount ) or ship the item back via any shipping courier of your choice. We recommend for you to select a shipping option which includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
3. Once your item has been inspected by our team and if it meets our return conditions you will be issued store credit via gift card within 5 business days
in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase ( minus the shipping cost ).
If your item was sent back to us after the 14 day period your return will be rejected and you will be required to pay the return shipping cost to get the item back.
We process and ship orders placed Monday - Friday before 2PM MST (excluding holidays) typically within 48 hours. Most orders will be processed and shipped within this time frame. Estimated delivery is dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase.
Ivorie Kai is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided.
LOCAL PICK UP:
Pick up location is inside the Auto Star Motors dealership. Please come inside and ask for Angela or Nelya and the staff will help you :)
Pick up hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
Please be prepared to show us your order number or confirmation email.
